Aviator Volunteers

Our friendly Aviator volunteers are available during peak travel times at the Information Desk in Baggage Claim. They can help with dining and hotel recommendations, ground transportation options, directions to the free Economy Lot shuttle, and more.

Hearing Impaired

Our South Concourse, consisting of gates 1A through 4, is equipped with a Hearing Loop System that allows hearing-impaired individuals to receive announcements directly into their hearing aids or cochlear implants equipped with a telecoil.

Mother’s Rooms

MomDoc Charities sponsors three Mother’s Rooms in the terminal for a private, clean space to nurse your baby, quiet an overwhelmed toddler, or take a quick reading break with your child. Find the Mother’s Rooms in the women’s restrooms across from gates 3 and 4, gate 5, and in Baggage Claim.

Pet Relief Area

Your furry friend can find space to sniff and play in the south courtyard between gates 4 and 5.

Therapy Dogs

Enjoy a quick pet from our always-growing team of therapy dogs before you board your flight! Our well-trained canine crew walks the concourse during peak travel times to offer a tail wag and put a smile on your face.

TSA Cares

Request a Transportation Security Administration (TSA) Passenger Support Specialist to assist travelers with disabilities, medical conditions, or other special needs and assistance during the screening process. To make a request, contact TSA at least 72 hours prior to your departure. View more information on TSA’s Passenger Support webpage.

Wheelchair Assistance

For passengers who need help at any point in the terminal or during the boarding experience, please contact Allegiant or Sun Country Airlines directly. Mesa Gateway Airport offers handicap parking near the shuttle stops in the Economy Lot. The shuttle drops off at the Ticketing curb and picks up just outside of Baggage Claim.
