Accessibility Statement
Mesa Gateway Airport Authority operates three websites: www.gatewayairport.com, choosegatewayairport.com, and gatewayfbo.com. We want everyone to be able to find airport information and use these sites, including people who rely on assistive technology such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and voice controls.
Accessibility standard
We design and maintain our websites to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is the technical standard the U.S. Department of Justice adopted for state and local government websites under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Conformance status
Our three websites have been built and tested to conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA. A few types of content may not fully conform yet, including some documents such as PDFs, some video content, and certain features delivered through third-party services that we do not fully control. We are working through these items to reach full conformance on or before the April 2028 compliance deadline that applies to us. While that work continues, we provide accommodations on request so that no one is left without access to the information or services they need.
Report a problem or request help
If a page, document, or feature is hard to use, or you cannot get to the information you need, let us know and we will help. We can provide the content in a different format or work with you directly to get you what you need. We aim to respond within five business days.
When you contact us, it helps to include:
- the address (URL) of the page
- a short description of the problem
- the device, browser, or assistive technology you were using, if you know it
