Badging
The Mesa Gateway Airport Authority (MGAA) Badging Office provides a professional and efficient experience throughout the badging process. All badging services are by appointment only; walk-ins are not accepted. As a courtesy to others, if you are more than five minutes late for your appointment, your slot will be forfeited, and you will need to reschedule.
Our team is available Monday through Thursday, 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM (closed from 12:00 – 1:00 PM for lunch).

Schedule an Appointment
Starting the Badging Process
Select “Airport Badge Application Appointment” – slots are 15 minutes. You cannot schedule a training class or another appointment until you have dropped off your signed application, and your signatory has informed you that you are now able to test.
Renewing Your Badge
Select “Airport Badge Application Appointment” and bring a completed, signed application. A signed application is required for all badge renewals.
Annual or Bi-Annual Training
If training is required to renew your badge, select the appropriate training type.
Please note that scheduling multiple appointments at one time for the same day or multiple days for the same individual can result in all appointments being cancelled.
