Picking someone up? Park in the Cell Phone Lot and wait until your passenger has their luggage — then pull up curbside. Please don’t wait at the terminal curb.
Taxis are located curbside outside of baggage claim. Sedans, limos, and shuttle service must be pre-arranged. Please contact the providers directly for information on cities and destinations served. If you are a transportation provider interested in operating at Gateway, please download and complete an Agreement Application (PDF) and submit to Matthew McClung.
Rental Cars
Rental car counters are conveniently located in the Baggage Claim area. From there, pick up your vehicle in the Rental Ready Lot just a short walk from the terminal. After your stay, drop your rental car off at the Return Lot located at Sossaman Road and Texas Avenue.
Ride Share / Peer-to-Peer
Find your ride share driver waiting for you on the curb just outside of Baggage Claim. For peer-to-peer vehicle pickup, please communicate with your host through the app to locate the vehicle in one of our three parking lots.
Taxi Service
Taxis are available without reservation and can be found on the transportation curb outside of Baggage Claim.
