Procurement & Vendors

The Procurement Department of Mesa Gateway Airport Authority (MGAA) oversees the purchasing of goods and services to ensure a fair, open, and competitive process appropriate to the value and scope of each procurement. Our goal is to deliver efficient procurement services that support airport operations. Procurement activities are guided by established policies and sound business practices to ensure a consistent and transparent process. Vendors are encouraged to review current and upcoming opportunities and participate in MGAA’s procurement process.

MGAA offers electronic payments via the automated clearinghouse (ACH). Current vendors can sign up for electronic payments by completing the Vendor Electronic Payment Request form (PDF).
