Mesa Gateway Airport Authority Launches Three Redesigned Websites

MESA, Ariz.- Mesa Gateway Airport Authority (MGAA) has launched three redesigned websites that make it easier for travelers, pilots, vendors, businesses, and the public to find information and do business with the airport: gatewayairport.com for travelers, gatewayfbo.com for pilots and aircraft operators, and choosegatewayairport.com for businesses considering a location at the airport.

The new passenger site brings the information travelers check most often, flight status, estimated security wait times, and parking availability, right to the homepage. New features include travel alerts for weather, construction or service changes; an interactive terminal map; and a virtual assistant that answers common questions around the clock in English or Spanish. A new destinations page highlights all 43 nonstop destinations on Allegiant and Sun Country, with links to book directly with the airline.

J. Brian O’Neill, A.A.E., Executive Director/CEO of the Mesa Gateway Airport Authority, stated: “Our websites are often the first place where people interact with Mesa Gateway Airport, whether they’re catching a flight, planning a fuel stop, bidding on Airport work, or looking for a place to relocate or expand their business. These redesigned websites put the information that people need at their fingertips.”

For pilots and aircraft operators, gatewayfbo.com features a custom fee estimator built for Gateway Aviation Services. Operators can choose from more than 680 aircraft makes and models and see an itemized estimate of landing, ramp, service, and hangar fees before they arrive, including how eligible fuel purchases can waive ramp or service fees. The homepage posts current Jet A and 100LL fuel prices that are updated weekly.

Aviation industry companies and site selectors can visit choosegatewayairport.com to learn about available Airport land and properties, incentives, and workforce/training resources, along with an interactive directory of the 75 companies already operating at the airport.

The Airport’s procurement section has also been rebuilt. Vendors can now join the Airport’s vendor list online in 69 industry categories, download complete solicitation packages in one step, and automatically receive addenda by email as soon as they are posted, so every bidder works from the same, current documents.

All three sites work on phones, tablets, and computers and were designed to meet WCAG 2.1 AA, the web accessibility standard for public agencies under Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act. Board meeting agendas and minutes, public notices, and more than 150 public documents are now organized and searchable, and you can submit public records requests, Title VI complaints, noise comments, and general feedback online.
